I have never used your service, how does it work?

When you arrive at Exec Park Airport Valet Parking our outdoor signs will direct you where to stop your vehicle. Simply come into the office to check-in, receive your claim check for your vehicle and give the attendant your keys. Our shuttle driver can assist you with your luggage, if requested, and then take you to your desired ticket counter at the airport.

When I arrive back from my trip, how do I get to Exec Park to pick up my car?

Your comfort is our priority, we ask that you call us for pick-up after claiming your luggage so that you are waiting a minimal amount of time. When you call us for a pick-up we will be able to tell you where the shuttle bus is and approximately how long to its arrival (usually within 5 minutes of your call). The shuttle will pick you up outside baggage claim #4 in the center boulevard to the north of the stop sign, where the airport has it marked "Courtesy Vehicle Stop".

Why do I have to make parking reservations to park in your lot?

We require that you make a parking reservation in advance so that you are guaranteed a parking space no matter how busy the airport is. Often times you may arrive at Mitchell Field and find other parking lots full with no advance warning and then you find yourself scrambling to find a parking space. This will never happen when you call ahead and make your airport parking reservation in advance with Exec Park.

How far in advance do I need to make my parking reservation?

We recommend that you make your airport parking reservation at least 2 - 3 days (when possible) ahead of your date of travel, the sooner the better. We take parking reservations up to three (3) months in advance. We recommend that as soon as you book your airline reservation you also make your airport parking reservation at the same time, that way, you won't forget about making it.

Do I need a credit card to make a parking reservation?

No. We do not require our customers to provide any form of payment in advance to make their airport parking reservation.

What information do I need in order to make a parking reservation?

We will need to know the following information when making your parking reservation:

  • the date you are traveling out of Mitchell Field
  • the time you would like to arrive at Exec-Park
  • the number of people traveling in your vehicle
  • the date you are returning to Milwaukee
  • the time that your return flight is scheduled to arrive at the Milwaukee airport
  • the airline that you are traveling on
  • the last airport that you go through on your way back to the Milwaukee's airport

I am traveling with my family and we have a lot of luggage, how should I handle this?

We recommend that you drop off your luggage and family at the airport before arriving at Exec Park. By doing so, this will speed up your check-in so that you can rejoin your family in the shortest amount of time. You will also not have to transfer all of your luggage in and out of your car and the shuttle.

I travel frequently for business, what do you offer to the frequent traveler?

Our frequent business travelers can receive a permanent account number. This will allow you to make your parking reservations in advance on-line and keep the same claim check number for as long as you continue to use Exec-Park.

Do you offer corporate billing?

Yes. We offer our corporate travelers, that have three (3) or more people from their company using Exec Park, the option of having their airport parking expenses billed monthly. This speeds up the frequent travelers parking process and the company only needs to write one check to pay for their airport parking expenses. Discount rates are also available for companies with higher volumes of travel.
